I foolishly thought Benito’s Pal Calamity Jon Morris had gone as obscure as it was going to get when, for his project of illustrating 75 Superman villains, he had drawn a character who appeared only in one 8-page story from the Golden Age, but he trumped it today by posting a character who has been in the comics ZERO TIMES, and appears only in this 6-minute Superman cartoon from 1967. Clearly there are zero holds to be barred in this exercise.
But I found him, and I found the cartoon, and now I’m sharing it with the world so Jon can’t lord his superior knowledge over us all.
Two things of note about this cartoon:
1) Superman totally murders that guy in cold-ass blood
2) The way Icy Harris runs away at the end is the most hilarious animation I have ever seen

I asked this elsewhere and I’m still curious - am I reading this right? Does Superman save this boy from falling from a ledge to his death on the streets below, only to return him to the same ledge and fly off?
