Evan Dorkin script and terrific Stephen DeStefano artwork on this five-page segment from DC Comics’ awkwardly titled Superman Villains Secret Files & Origins (1998), the same issue which contains Stuart Immomen’s homage to Winsor McKay’s Little Nemo.
